I strongly believe that spike should have left. Because he needed his own clothes so he could
get changed. He wouldn't get hit by Bubbas mum and he won the cross country.

He might of been caring for him or just doing it for nothing. Also he can run very fast.

Furthermore he could of asked him to go back so he could pretend to lie that he could go underwater and count to a 120 , 2 minutes.
